Mar zoals zo vaak, kwamen er tijdens de live sessie waarin hij de style demonstreerde, heel wat andere nummers naar boven die heel goed met deze style gespeeld kunnen worden. En voor mij was dat The blizzard van Jim Reeves. Daar ben ik al eens mee aan het oefenen geweest, en vanavond vond ik daar een prachtig akkoord bij volgend op een Am7. Ik heb hem vrij snel even ingezongen, gewoon omdat het lekker voelde en ik het moment even niet wilde kwijtraken. Vandaar deze versie van The Blizard. I sang it in quite rough, simply because it felt good and I didn't want to lose the moment. Hence this version of The Blizard.
